Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destination
Domestic Delivery Only: We currently only accept orders and deliver to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories).

2. Shipping Cost & Sales Tax
100% Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

No Sales Tax: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We do not charge any additional sales tax on your orders.

3. Order Processing & Crafting Time (7-14 Days)
Custom Handcrafted Artwork: Because our oil paintings are strictly custom-made, hand-painted, or tailored to your specific order requirements, they require dedicated time to craft, dry, and quality-check before they can be safely packaged.

Order Handling Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for order preparation and crafting. You will receive a notification email once your artwork is complete and handed over to our shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time
Once your order has been crafted and packaged, we partner with world-class express couriers to ensure maximum protection and fast delivery:

Shipping Carriers: All packages are dispatched via FedEx or DHL Express.

Estimated Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Crafting Time (7-14 Business Days) + Shipping Time (5-10 Business Days) = 12-24 Business Days total from order placement to delivery.

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number from FedEx or DHL will be sent directly to your registered email address.

You can track the real-time status of your package through the carrier’s official website or via our "Track Order" page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update initially.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take extreme care in packaging our oil paintings with protective materials. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@huevistas.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or resolution for you.
